How many photos do I REALLY need?

When deciding how many photos you need for real estate photography you should take into consideration the size of the property as well as any features you may want to highlight in your listing (pool, outside kitchen, golf course or lake view etc) as well as any community amenities such as tennis, golf, pool, entrance and such).

What if I need to cancel?

We know how things go for sure, so you have until 24 hours prior to the appointment time to cancel with no charge. If however, the cancellation occurs the same day of the scheduled photography due to the property not being ready or an access issue there is a 50% cancellation fee.
